CEO-Roundtable with Christian Buchinger, Head of Innovation & Business Development of Sunpor to the topic „Plastic – a perceived truth”
With the title „Plactic – a perceived truth“ a „Fireplace Chat“ took place with Christian Buchinger, Head of Innovation & Business Development of Sunpor in the famous Loos House in Vienna on September 18th.
After a welcome speech from Karoly Pataki, CEO of Gravitas, Mr. Buchinger delivered insight in topics like plastics in our daily life, Recycling versus real Circular Economy, measures against plastic pollution in our oceans.
Following nteresting global issues were discussed: Where plastic pollution comes from? What kind of volume of fossile resources the plastic production really needs?
Some of the „perceived truth“ could be falsify.
Afterwards a selected group of CEOs and Experts of leading international corporations exchanged their views regarding the future of the plastic industry and about new opportunities that allows to establish the real Circular Economy.
