Gravitas Talk with Herbert Willerth, Supervisory Board of ÖBB Holding AG and of Borough PTE

With the title „ Winning through Excellence“ a „Fireplace Chat“ took place with Herbert Willerth, Supervisory Board of ÖBB Holding AG and of Borough PTE, in the HQ of ÖBB Holding AG on September 20th.

Mr. Willerth presented in his keynote speech the successful Change Project he had led as fmr. CEO of the Borealis Group and made the audience familiar with the details of the „House of Excellence“ Model and the „Viral Change“ Methodology.
Afterwards C-level Managers and Scientists discussed about the importance of the role of Senior Leaders in change processes and about the burning need of strategical, cross-sectorial business networks.
